Terms of Purchase

TSwede AB — TSwedeBiz

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when a customer purchases Business Deep Dive, Daily Focus, or another paid service ("Service") from TSwedeBiz.

The Services are provided by:

TSwede AB Company registration number: 559266-1101 VAT number: SE559266110101 Lidavägen 3 141 91 Huddinge Sweden Telephone: +46 70 428 45 06 Email: contact@tswedebiz.com

In these terms, TSwede AB is referred to as "TSwedeBiz", "we", "us", or "our".

These terms apply to both business customers and consumers. A "consumer" means an individual purchasing a Service mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession — for example, someone preparing to start a business who has not yet begun trading.

Certain rights described in these terms apply only to consumers, as noted in the relevant sections. Nothing in these terms limits any right a consumer has under mandatory applicable law, regardless of anything else stated here.

2. Description of the Services

Business Deep Dive is a one-time AI-guided interview and analysis, delivered as a written report and Business Blueprint based on the information you provide during the interview and any relevant publicly available information about your business.

Daily Focus is a recurring subscription providing daily AI-generated business priorities, billed monthly after a 14-day free trial, currently $29/month, cancellable at any time before your next billing date.

Business Deep Dive is currently offered as a beta service. This is clearly disclosed before purchase. Beta services may contain minor errors or experience temporary technical issues while they are being tested and improved. Beta status does not affect our obligation to deliver the Service as described, nor any mandatory rights available to consumers.

Prices, currency, and VAT/moms where applicable are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

3. Right of withdrawal for consumers

This section applies only if you purchase the Service as a consumer. Business customers do not have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Consumers purchasing online normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period generally begins on the date the contract is concluded.

Because Business Deep Dive is intended to begin immediately after purchase, consumers will be asked, through a separate, unticked checkbox, to expressly request that performance begins during the withdrawal period. The checkbox states:

"I expressly request that TSwedeBiz begins providing the Service immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that, once the Service has been fully performed, I may lose my statutory right of withdrawal. If I withdraw after performance has begun but before the Service has been fully performed, I may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part already supplied, where permitted by applicable law."

Starting the interview does not automatically remove all statutory withdrawal rights. Any loss of the right of withdrawal applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and only after this consent and acknowledgement have been given.

Daily Focus includes a 14-day free trial and may be cancelled at any time before the first billing date to prevent a charge. This contractual cancellation right is separate from any statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers.

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear statement to contact@tswedebiz.com before the applicable withdrawal period expires. Consumers may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these terms, but its use is not mandatory.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right.

4. Delivery guarantee and technical problems

We guarantee the delivery of the Service. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, legal, or commercial outcome.

If a Business Deep Dive report is not generated, is empty or materially incomplete because of a technical failure, or cannot reasonably be accessed or used, please contact contact@tswedebiz.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide a reasonable description of the problem and, where possible, allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the error, or to generate and deliver the report again.

If we cannot correct the problem or provide a functioning report within a reasonable time, we will refund the amount paid for the affected Service.

This delivery guarantee does not apply merely because a customer disagrees with the analysis, recommendations, prioritization, or conclusions in the report. The output depends on the information provided by the customer, relevant publicly available information, and the capabilities and limitations of artificial intelligence.

The 14-day notification period above applies only to our voluntary delivery guarantee. It does not shorten or replace any statutory right to complain about a defective digital service, or any other mandatory consumer remedy.

For consumers, remedies for a defective Service are always available in accordance with mandatory applicable consumer law. Nothing in this section removes a consumer's right to request correction, replacement delivery, a price reduction, termination, or another remedy where required by law.

5. Nature and limitations of the guidance

The Service provides educational, AI-generated business guidance. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, or accounting advice.

  • You remain responsible for your own business decisions.
  • Output may contain errors or outdated information.
  • You should verify important information independently before relying on it.
  • References to trademarks, intellectual property, tax, accounting, finance, or other regulated subjects are general information only.
  • You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when you need advice specific to your circumstances.

Nothing in this section excludes any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

You may use your individual report, Business Blueprint, and any content generated specifically for you, for your own business. You receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt, and implement this material, subject to any rights belonging to third parties. We do not guarantee that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright protection or is unique.

TSwedeBiz retains all rights in its pre-existing materials, brand, platform, underlying methodology, interview structure, questions, prompts, templates, software, and general know-how.

You may not copy or systematically extract these protected elements in order to reproduce, resell, or build a competing service, except where such a restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.

7. Limitation of liability

For business customers, TSwedeBiz's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the affected Service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

The limitations and exclusions in this section apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and they do not restrict any mandatory remedy or right available to consumers.

8. Daily Focus trial, renewal, and cancellation

Daily Focus may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not normally provide a retroactive refund for a billing period that has already begun.

This contractual cancellation policy is separate from any statutory withdrawal, termination, or defect-related right available to consumers. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

Before you subscribe, checkout will clearly display: - the length of the free trial; - the exact subscription price after the trial; - the billing interval; - the date or circumstance of the first charge; - that the subscription renews automatically; and - how to cancel.

The free trial does not replace or remove any statutory withdrawal right.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by Swedish law.

For business customers, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

For consumers, this choice of Swedish law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection, or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts available to you under the law of your country of habitual residence.

Consumers may also be entitled to submit a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or another competent alternative dispute-resolution body. We will provide applicable dispute-resolution information where required by law.
